My years as an officer in the Foreign Legion have given me the following deep conviction: Nothing great can be achieved without Man.

I'm particularly inspired by the remarkable research work of Thomas Misslin showing that the company would often benefit from drawing inspiration from the army, whether by its way of conceptualizing the environment, the preparation of collectives to face it, or the recognizing leadership as a decisive factor.
